Day 377 – at Frasier Park Marina, Trenton, Ontario - July 17, 2012

We have decided to stay one more night at Frasier Park Marina.  The forecast for today was for 20 to 30 mph winds and temperatures in the high 90’s.  Both of those conditions make for very uncomfortable locking, so we’ll stay tied to the dock and hooked up to electricity.

The weather forecasters were right on so it was a good decision to stay.  We also got a few extra chores done.  Fred fixed a switch on the raw water wash down pump which is used to wash down the anchor when we are bringing it up.  We also did some laundry and took in a movie in the evening.

Weather predictions for the next few days look very good, so hopefully we will begin our cruise along the Trent-Severn Waterway tomorrow.
