Today we moved to Carrabelle – our final move before our Gulf crossing. It was a relatively easy ride across Apalachicola Bay, although the waves were bigger than we have seen in quite a while (mostly because we have been cruising in rivers and canals and very small bays since the end of August). Fred continues to check the wind, weather and wave websites and confer with other Loopers about when to start the crossing. We are hoping for tomorrow afternoon, but only time will tell.
